By using Dr Sparkclean Services Ltd's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

We provide professional cleaning and home organisation services, including:

• Residential Cleaning
• End of Tenancy Cleaning
• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
• Post-Construction Cleaning
• Commercial Cleaning
• Home Organisation

All services are subject to availability and may require a property assessment prior to confirmation.

3. Booking Process

All bookings submitted via our website are requests only and are not confirmed until accepted by us.

Quotes provided are estimates and may vary depending on the actual condition of the property, additional requirements, or undisclosed details.

We aim to respond to booking requests as promptly as possible.

We reserve the right to decline or modify a booking request where necessary.

4. Payment

Payment details will be confirmed once your booking request has been reviewed and accepted. In most cases, payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation & Access Policy

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a £30 fee.
• Same-day cancellations, or cancellations after the cleaner has been dispatched, may be charged up to 50% of the service price at our discretion.
• If the cleaner arrives and is unable to access the property, or the booking cannot proceed due to customer-related issues (including incorrect details, lack of access, or the property not being ready), the full service fee may be charged at our discretion.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before applying any charges.

6. Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• We are unable to carry out the scheduled service
• A re-clean is agreed but cannot be completed
• The issue remains unresolved after a re-clean attempt
• The cleaner fails to attend without notice
• The cleaner arrives significantly late (over 2 hours) without prior communication

Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will exclude any additional services that have already been completed.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued where:

• Cancellation occurs outside the permitted timeframe
• Access to the property cannot be obtained
• Incorrect details were provided at the time of booking
• The property is not ready or accessible
• Conditions differ significantly from those described
• Additional work is requested beyond the agreed scope

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide clear and safe access to the property
• Disclose any hazards, pets, or special conditions
• Ensure the property is ready for the scheduled service
• Secure valuables prior to our arrival

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where:

• Access is unsafe or restricted
• Property conditions differ significantly from those described
• Required preparations have not been completed
• There is misuse of the service or unreasonable demands

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and may offer a re-clean where appropriate.

11. Liability

We carry public liability insurance.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Wear and tear
• Items of exceptional value not disclosed
• Loss or damage to unsecured valuables

12. Use of Submitted Images

Any images submitted via our website are used solely for quotation and service assessment purposes. They will not be used for marketing without your consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
